Let me just say, come here, ask for EDWARD! Don’t even bother going anywhere else. Edward was very informative, professional, friendly, and communicative from the very beginning until the end and after. He made sure any troubles during the process and after was addressed and completed. He’s quick in responding. Even if he doesn’t respond right then and there, he responds once he’s not busy! He also made sure I was comfortable with everything and understood everything. He had no problem with answering/addressing my thousands of questions and concerns. He updated me every step of the way and let me know when the technician and contractor would be out. I’ve gone to a few manufactured home companies in the past and they just didn’t give me a great feel on buying a mobile home with them, but Edward was different and made me want to get the home right then and there. When there were certain things we didn’t like or needed to get approved, he did what he could to get us what we wanted. He also always gave me a time frame of how long each step would take. The process won’t always go as planned (because nothing ever go as planned) but he found ways to fix any problems that may have gotten in the way, quickly. No matter the time, he called me to update me on everything. This place is so lucky to have Edward and all the hard work he puts in to making sure his customers are happy.  I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Edward. Thank you so much Edward for making my first time home buying a little less stress and more easier.
